Description

The Parry PGF800G is an LPG gas-powered griddle designed for commercial kitchens. With a large 800mm cooking area, this griddle offers a great solution for preparing a variety of dishes. It features a thermostatic temperature control with a range of 50-300°C, providing high-temperature performance that is excellent for searing and toasting. Additionally, the PGF800G includes an integrated water curtain to help keep the cooking area cool and safe. The removable fat collection tray ensures easy cleaning and maintenance, while the adjustable feet make it easy to level the griddle and keep it stable. The PGF800G is an ideal choice for busy commercial kitchens.
