Description

The Giorik KORE - KM061W Compact Electric Combi Oven is equipped with user-friendly programmable touchscreen controls, providing ease of operation. It features an inbuilt wash system for convenient maintenance and an automatic reversing fan with three speeds to ensure optimal cooking results. The oven also includes a multi-level cooking program and a core cooking option with Delta T, offering versatility and precision in cooking.

Capacity: Holds 6 x 1/1 GN containers at 75mm shelf centers.
5" Touchscreen programmable controls with a one-touch favorites menu, allowing 9 favorites to be stored.
Recipe book with 200 pre-set and customizable menus, each with up to 9 phases of cooking.
Modes of cooking include Steam only, Hot air only, Hot air with variable steam, and Regeneration.
Recessed encoder knob to prevent accidental damage.
Inbuilt liquid detergent washing system with a choice of 4 timed cycles: Soft (48 mins), Normal (53 mins), Hard (58 mins), Rinse (4 mins).
Water & Detergent consumption on wash cycle: Soft (31 Ltrs + 320cc of detergent), Normal (33 Ltrs + 380cc of detergent), Hard (38 Ltrs + 470cc of detergent) - no rinse liquid required.
Multi-level cooking with individual shelf timers, allowing different product types to be cooked simultaneously.
3-speed cooking fan with automatic fan reverser for even cooking results.
"Delta T" cooking mode with core probe supplied for slow cooking of meat joints, reducing shrinkage and increasing yield.
