The Buffalo fryer is equipped with two powerful independent 2.9kW elements, providing the flexibility to cook large volumes while also quickly recovering temperature when filled with frozen foods. Temperature is controlled via the simple top-mounted dial thermostats, and with the included digital timers and alarms, you can ensure consistent cooking every time. Each tank is independently controlled, allowing you the flexibility to cook at two different temperatures at one station. Alternatively, during quieter hours, one side can be powered down to save energy.

Once you're done for the day, the whole fryer is easy to clean and maintain. The front-mounted drain taps make the process even easier—there's no need for lifting heavy pans of oil. Simply place a container underneath and open a tap. The V-shaped pans optimize the oil draining process, leaving the tank ready for cleaning and refilling. When the fryer is not in use, the included stainless steel lids help protect the oil until the next cook.
