The Ubert RT412 is a compact double-stacked electric rotisserie, ideal for smaller convenience stores, garage forecourts, and restaurants. This rotisserie is equipped with the latest Ubert grilling technology, which combines both convected heat and a quartz grilling lamp to provide a crispy, browned finish to chickens and roasts. The rotisserie comes standard with three fork spits, perfect for grilling whole birds. Additionally, a range of basket options is available, allowing for the cooking of other types of products, such as roasts and pies.
