The Ubert RT406 is a compact electric rotisserie ideal for smaller convenience stores, garage forecourts, and restaurants. The rotisserie is equipped with the latest Ubert grilling technology, combining both convected heat and a quartz grilling lamp to provide a crispy, browned finish to chickens and roasts. It comes with six fork spits as standard, which are perfect for grilling whole birds. Additionally, a range of basket options is available, allowing other types of products to be cooked, such as roasts and pies.
