Williams Prep Well - PW4 Mobile Holding Cabinet

The PW4 mobile refrigerated prep well is the perfect solution for sites with limited space that require fresh ingredients readily available in the kitchen. It is capable of holding four 1/3 Gastronorm pans and incorporates a unique airflow design guaranteed to keep food in optimum condition for as long as possible. The removable, easy-to-clean cover doubles as a worktop and chopping board. The PW4 is ideal for sites that have no room for a conventional prep counter with wells.
