The open-top refrigerated preparation counter saladette fridge offers simple and safe storage, featuring a useful enclosed cool-well and cutting board. This cabinet is designed with a large GN pan space at the rear of the cutting board, making it ideal for preparing wraps, salads, and sandwiches, while allowing for fast access to produce. The under-storage, compatible with GN 1/1 pans, maximizes valuable space with three easy-loading doors. Additionally, there is a practical lid to cover the top containers. Please note that the storage temperature of the open-well will vary depending on the ambient temperature around the cabinet.
