Sustainable: The IM-45NE-HC-25 uses refrigerant R290, a natural refrigerant that is climate-friendly and enhances the machine's performance and production capacity.

Material: The exterior is made of stainless steel. The closed water circuit provides maximum protection against contamination during the cubing process. All Hoshizaki machines are easy to use, clean, and maintain.

Unique Technology: A dedicated jet of fresh water is injected into each of the closed cells. Excess water exits through a set of outlets. The cell walls block the freezing water's expansion from all sides while reaching down to -30°C during the cubing process. Automatic rinse cycles eliminate impurities such as minerals, resulting in pure ice and protecting the machine from calcification and mineral build-up.

Smart Design: The IM-45NE-HC-25 is designed to last and includes smart design features such as a magnetic water pump without direct coupling, preventing leakage from the water circuit and improving the machine's life expectancy.
