The Giorik FG7417P Single Tank Gas Fryer is designed with external heat exchangers, facilitating easy cleaning of the frying tank. It features a large cool zone that prevents cooking debris from burning and tainting the oil. The fryer is supplied with a drainer tank and includes a stamped pressed top for easy wipe-down.
