The SIRIO pastry dough sheeter is designed to roll out any type of pastry dough to perfection, delivering ultra-thin sheets free from wrinkles or tears. With synchronized conveyors and a clear digital display for rolling thickness, it allows for precise adjustments to achieve consistent, high-quality results. The rolling direction can be quickly reversed using either the joystick or foot pedal, giving users full control during operation. Cleaning is made easy thanks to removable scrapers and shielded bearings that prevent flour from getting inside the machine. A removable flour tray also supports fast and hygienic maintenance. When not in use, the machine's surfaces can be folded up to significantly reduce the amount of space it occupies, making it ideal for kitchens with limited space.
