Product Description

The under broiler is a low-height refrigerated counter specifically designed to sit under cooking appliances such as griddles and chargrills. The UBC5 model features two refrigerated drawers with a capacity to hold two 2/1 GN pans. Constructed from stainless steel both inside and out, it provides a hygienic method of storing food safely in ambient environments up to 43°C. With a width of just 1000mm, it is ideal for areas where space is at a premium.
