Valentine Fryers EVO 400 Marine Freestanding Range - EVO400MOG

The Valentine Marine SOLAS range is specifically designed for offshore use, including onboard ships and oil rigs. The fryers are set up as standard for use with a 440v 3-phase, no neutral supply (50 or 60 Hz), with other voltages available upon request. Additional safety features include an audible alarm connected to the high-limit thermostat and the capability for the fryer to be connected to a fire suppression system. Valentine fryers offer a simple-to-operate, low-maintenance range of frying equipment designed to fit perfectly into any commercial kitchen.

The fry pan is pressed from a single sheet of stainless steel, providing a durable, smooth, rounded, and easy-to-clean profile.
