Product Description

The large high-performance holding freezer is designed to accept GN2/1 shelves. It features precision high-density polyurethane insulation, which provides excellent thermal efficiency and contributes to low running costs. The cabinet is equipped with mobile swivel castors, allowing it to pass through any standard doorway, making it convenient for banquet and contract catering. Additionally, the defrost management system includes a dual device to expedite the process and minimize over-freezing of the evaporator.
