Product Description

The BLCB-X range of blast chillers is widely used in professional kitchens when food needs to be cooled rapidly and hygienically. Using blast chillers for chilling or freezing retains the color, texture, and taste of the food. Core temperature sensors are included. You can choose one of the pre-set programs or create your own on the easy-to-use touchscreen controller. These chillers are available in different sizes, all made from high-quality SS304 stainless steel and dimensioned for GN and Euronorm sizes (placed lengthwise).
