Features

Climate Class 5: Operates at room temperature of 40°C with 40% relative humidity; maximum ambient temperature must not exceed 43°C.

Refrigeration system: Indirect airflow, evaporation temperature controlled by thermostat valve, electric defrost. Condensing unit is not included.
Trolley capacity: Accepts 20 x 2/1 GN trays or 20 x 600 x 800mm bakery trays.

Door: Insulated door with self-closing device and inner safety release latch; fitted with easily removable door gasket.
USB port: Fitted with port for uploading software and downloading HACCP data.
Maintenance: Front fascia removable for easy access to all controls.
Options: Unit can be fitted with ultraviolet lamps.
