Roll In will accept up to 1 trolley of 20 x 800 x 600mm trays, 40 x 600 x 400mm trays with 2 trolleys, or 1 trolley of 18" x 30" UK Bakery trays
Stainless steel base with ramp to enable easy loading/unloading of trolleys
Automatic electronic controls with a temperature range of -2/+30ºC, usable in either manual or automatic mode
Fan-assisted refrigeration system with automatic defrost and self-evaporation
Proofing cycle using electric heaters and precise control of relative humidity with a humidity regulator; mains water supply is required
Electronic controls with an inbuilt timer to set the unit according to your operation
304 stainless steel interior and exterior
60mm thick insulation to walls
Easy to clean with radiused internal corners, wash-out drain, and removable shelf racking
User-reversible hinged door with 90º dwell and self-closing action
Magnetic door seals that are easily replaceable

Product Description

The Sagi KAFRI roll-in bakery retarder prover is designed to accept the Euronorm 600 x 400mm tray system, allowing for two trolleys to be loaded simultaneously. The fully automatic controls simplify operation; the user simply loads the trays and pushes a button. The different phases of retarding and proofing, with the correct relative humidity, are managed by electronic controls. These controls can be programmed to activate at a pre-set time to suit your operational needs, helping to reduce staff costs.
