With a highly robust stainless steel worktop combined with a reliable 201-litre (usable) internal capacity, there's plenty of room for keeping your ingredients close to hand. The fridge comes with two shelves and two floor protectors as standard. However, you can configure the storage to suit your ingredients by fitting additional shelves and runners as required (sold separately). Alternatively, swap out the shelves by sliding full-size (1/1) gastronorm pans straight in. GN pans are sold separately.
