Heating type: Fan assisted heating with 2 powerful motors and 2 elements gives even heat distribution
Fan reverser: Automatic reversing fan motor results in even cooking results
Oven sensors: 2 oven sensors are fitted, constantly monitoring the oven temperature
Adaptive power technology (PID control): Power is automatically adjusted to match quantity of products passing through, maintaining correct oven temperature while reducing energy costs
Intuitive picture lead Touchscreen Programmable controls: Up to 100 recipes can be stored with 9 phases of cooking in each recipe
Switch on timer: Oven can be programmed to preheat before operators arrive for work
Steam Generator: The oven has an inbuilt steam generator fitted as standard with an inbuilt timer allowing steam to be generated without the need of the operator
Steam release: Oven is fitted with a motorised steam release valve
Eco Standby: Oven is fitted with a standby mode, reducing oven power when not in use, but when activated, the oven goes into full heat mode
Extraction hood: Inbuilt motorised extraction hood is fitted as standard
