The Mirror PLF2 is a thermostatically controlled medium to heavy-duty Plancha. Its hard chromed plate finish is non-porous, preventing cross-flavor contamination and reducing heat radiation, which in turn lowers fuel costs. The design ensures even heat distribution and makes it easy to clean.
