Product Description

The E3 oven is one of the most versatile in the Merrychef range. The convection mode allows for up to three racks of cooking for baked goods, and its rotating turntable ensures even browning. It can then be switched to speed cooking in microwave mode when needed. The E3 oven delivers results up to six times faster than a conventional oven, with an absolute consistency that conventional ovens simply cannot provide. Cooking requirements for new menu options can easily be programmed via the MenuConnect system, allowing everyone to cook everything perfectly, every time. We offer a 12-month parts and labor guarantee on every Merrychef E3 oven we sell.
