The oven fits four 13-inch pizzas (or four 12-inch pizzas in pans) on each deck. Twin decks make efficient use of space, occupying less room than a traditional single-deck gas oven. The baking floor is constructed from refractory stone, suitable for baking with or without pans. Temperature is regulated by a high-quality thermostat with a range of 0-400°C, displayed on a thermometer located on the control panel.
Built to a high standard, the doors and fascia are made from stainless steel for long-lasting aesthetics, and the baking chamber is also entirely made from steel. High-quality stainless steel burners ensure high performance, longevity, and excellent economy. The Kebab King gas oven can operate on natural or LPG gas. Removable feet allow for a reduced height of 79 cm, enabling it to fit through a standard door during delivery.
