The Hoshizaki KM Edge ice maker is a compact, self-contained unit capable of producing clear, crescent-shaped ice, up to 79 kg per 24 hours. The crescent-shaped ice is versatile, suitable for splash-free serving of post-mix soft drinks and diverse applications such as fish transportation, bottle and fish display, and even laser therapy. This ice maker comes with a built-in storage bin, accommodating all operational requirements and kitchen measurements. Compared to the original line, the KM Edge range features an enlarged, bonded evaporator surface. This enhancement accelerates harvest cycles, allowing the new generation of KM to increase your serving capacity instantly, providing more ice in less time.
