Features

Single tank electric fryer with a 13-litre capacity
Supplied with 1 large basket (230w x 310d x 120h) and can be supplied with 2 half-size baskets
1.2mm thick pressed top with "foaming area" and anti-drip edges
Thermostatically controlled up to 190ºC with a safety thermostat set at 230ºC
Highly efficient stainless steel armoured heating elements
Heating elements rotate to a vertical position inside the tank for easy cleaning access
304 stainless steel fry tank with radiused corners for easy cleaning and all stainless steel exterior
Large cool zone extends oil life
Supplied with a stainless steel oil drainer tank with debris filter on top
Sloped front panel allows easy viewing and access to the controls
Supplied with lid and wire mesh chromed collector grid
