Product Description

The Giorik PGD100 and PGD150 gas direct heat boiling pans are ideal for boiling large quantities of products, making them perfect for food manufacturers or institutional cooking. The direct heat feature allows the kettle to heat up faster than those with indirect heat. However, since the flame is in direct contact with the kettle, it is not recommended for cooking delicate products.
