Product Description

Using the latest technology, a cylindrical evaporator produces small trapezoidal ice cubes in the form of compact and long-lasting nuggets or 'pebbles'. This undercounter model is designed for low consumption, using only 1 litre of water per 1 kg of ice. It features electromechanical functioning and an air cooling system. The insulated retractable door and ON-OFF switch enhance usability, while the dust-proof water basin and easy-to-clean rounded surfaces ensure maintenance is straightforward. An external protective filter is included, which is easy to remove and clean.

The unit is constructed using catering-grade stainless steel, providing strength and hygiene. The ice-bin is made from antibacterial, non-toxic plastic, and all materials comply with FDA regulations. Additionally, the product is IPX3 rated to protect against any liquid ingress, ensuring durability and reliability in various environments.
