With 15 separate heating elements in both the base and the ceiling of the oven (6 floor, 9 ceiling), the Zeno can reach temperatures up to 500°C. The intuitive digital temperature control allows for independent adjustment of both areas, and the interior lighting provides clear visibility for up to 6 pizzas at a time. The Alfa Electric Zeno can retain temperatures even with very little power, thanks to 3 layers of insulation and the refractory bricks at the top of the oven acting as a shield to keep heat within the chamber.
