Description

The Giorik Rooster Booster SETE101FW combi oven is designed for cooking chickens and other fatty products while adhering to the most stringent hygiene standards, thereby reducing cross-contamination between raw and cooked food. It features an external fat collection tray, which prevents fat from entering your drainage system and burning inside the oven during cooking. This design reduces smoke and the potential tainting of the food being cooked. The oven is equipped with easy-to-use programmable touchscreen controls, an inbuilt wash system, a core cooking probe with Delta T, and a multi-level cooking program.

Holds 10 x 1/1 GN containers at 75mm shelf centers.
Capacity to cook 24 x 1.2kg birds, producing 48 per hour.
Steamtuner system allows adjustment of steam quality and quantity, ideal for dense products like carrots and potatoes.
Meteo humidity system monitors humidity and adds water only when required, saving up to 30% on water consumption.
Touchscreen programmable controls with 100 preset recipes and the ability to store 200 recipes, each with up to 9 cooking phases.
