Description

The Giorik Rooster Booster SETE061FW combi oven is specifically designed for cooking chickens. It features an external fat collection tray, which prevents fat from entering the drainage system and burning inside the oven during cooking. This design reduces smoke and minimizes the risk of tainting the food being cooked. The oven is equipped with easy-to-use programmable touchscreen controls, an inbuilt wash system, a core cooking probe with Delta T, and a multi-level cooking program.

Holds 6 x 1/1 GN containers at 75mm shelf centers.
Capacity to cook 16 x 1.2kg birds, producing 32 per hour.
Steamtuner system allows adjustment of steam quality and quantity, ideal for dense products like carrots and potatoes.
Meteo humidity system monitors humidity and adds water only when required, saving up to 30% on water consumption.
Touchscreen programmable controls with 100 preset recipes and the ability to store 200 recipes, each with up to 9 cooking phases.
Inbuilt automatic washing system with a choice of tablet or liquid wash and four timed cycles: Soft (1hr), Normal (1.3hr), Intense (1.5hr), Hard (2.3hr).
Multi-level cooking with individual timers for each shelf, allowing different product types to be cooked simultaneously.
