Large, powerful, and incredibly versatile, the Buffalo six-burner BBQ griddle provides ample cooking capacity for busy events and services. With its impressive 1270x520mm cooking surface, there is plenty of space for favorites such as burgers, bacon, eggs, and vegetables.

Each burner has independent controls, allowing you to easily adjust sections of the griddle plate to different temperatures. This feature is perfect for cooking multiple items simultaneously. You can also set a section at a low temperature to gently hold cooked items, keeping them hot and ready for service.

For added flexibility, the barbecue is equipped with handy lockable castors and a fold-down shelf, making positioning and set-up easy. Ignition is via a front-mounted button, eliminating the need for a taper. Once cooking is complete, the entire unit is easy to clean, ready for the next use.
