The new A Class includes improved efficiency features such as a hydraulic door retention system, complete thermal insulation, a larger warming area, greater accessibility, a more compact design, and an easy clean system. These latest changes have resulted in an exponential increase in cooking quality and quantity, as well as the overall performance of the oven.
The Josper Charcoal Oven HJA-20, Josper’s mini oven, is recommended for around 40 diners. The fire-up time is approximately 25 minutes, with a daily charcoal consumption of 6 to 8 kg. It offers a performance per load of 7 hours, with a production per hour of 25 kg on average and a grilling temperature ranging from 250 to 350 ºC.
