These latest changes have resulted in an exponential increase in cooking quality and quantity, as well as the overall performance of the oven.

The Josper Charcoal Oven HJA-20, Josper’s mini oven, is recommended for around 40 diners. The fire-up time is approximately 25 minutes, with a daily charcoal consumption of 6 to 8 kg. It offers a performance per load of 7 hours, with a production per hour of 25 kg on average and a grilling temperature ranging from 250 to 350 ºC.
