Hot Deli Display Cabinets feature a cubic glass top with a depth of 1 1/3 GN. The upper glass construction is designed without visible pillars on the customer side, providing a perfect view of the food product. The front glass is retractable, allowing the cabinet to be easily converted from a serve-over unit to a self-service unit. The upper glass can be lifted for easy cleaning, and the inner mirror-coated sliding doors offer double product presentation.
The cabinets are equipped with special-effect quartz lighting and smoothly circulating hot air. They feature thermostatic regulation of the convection air temperature with controlled humidifying of the air. All units come with a carving board, a drawer for carvers, and accessories. Additional accessories and interior equipment, such as intermediate bars, GN pans, flat stainless-steel bottoms, or granite bottoms, are available at an extra price.
