This sub-zero model features an electronic thermostat and thermometer, ensuring that the sensitive caviar is not exposed to incorrect temperatures. Ideally, caviar should be stored at temperatures ranging from -6 to 0 degrees Celsius. An ordinary cooler is too warm, and a standard freezer is too cold. Storing caviar under incorrect temperatures can ruin its quality.
