Flat glass sliding lids with locks provide access to the ice cream for serving and help insulate the unit when not in use. There is ample storage space underneath the tub frames for extra stock. The units are equipped with sturdy castors for easy movement and to facilitate cleaning underneath. This is an excellent and reliable unit. The range accepts plastic 5-liter Napoli tubs that fit inside 5-liter Napoli pans. Stainless steel Napoli pans are not required.
