The curved glass canopy provides an attractive display for scooping tubs, accommodating 5-liter Napoli tubs with the option for 4-liter baskets if required. Flat glass sliding lids with locks allow access to the ice cream for serving and help insulate the unit when not in use. There is ample storage underneath the tub frames for extra stock. The display is equipped with sturdy castors for easy movement and to facilitate cleaning underneath the unit. The range accepts plastic 5-liter Napoli tubs, which fit inside 5-liter Napoli pans. Stainless steel Napoli pans are not required.
