The Sterling Pro SP40BC Blast Chiller is an exceptional machine designed for quickly chilling and freezing hot food. It is capable of chilling or freezing food from 100°C, allowing for the safe storage of freshly cooked food to be served at a later date. This 10-grid version can chill 40kg or freeze 28kg of hot food per cycle. Constructed from the highest quality AISI304 stainless steel, it is extremely robust and easy to maintain in a hygienically clean condition. The interior shelf supports are compatible with GN1/1 or 600x400 shelves.
