The Sagi IFP202R Pass-Thru Roll-In Blast Chiller/Freezer is ideal for large volume operations where quick freezing or chilling of products is required. It is specifically designed to accommodate 1/1 GN or 600 x 400 mm bakery trolleys, making it compatible with large bakery and combi ovens, as well as other large cooking vessels.
