The Mirror PLF3 is a thermostatically controlled medium to heavy-duty Plancha. The hard chromed plate finish is non-porous, preventing cross-flavor contamination. It reduces heat radiation, which in turn lowers fuel costs. The Plancha offers even heat distribution and is easy to clean.
