The Klima Food KMVE Dry Ager meat maturing refrigerator is ideal for dry aging beef and other cuts of meat with a slaughter age under two years. It achieves this by providing a controlled environment for the aging process. The refrigerator is fitted with a glass panel on the customer's side and finished in black, making it an ideal "Thru the Wall" display. By using the optional pH control probe, it is possible to treat different cuts of meat for varying time settings, allowing for the assessment of maturation levels for each cut of meat.
