The new A Class includes improved efficiency features: a hydraulic door retention system, complete thermal insulation, a larger warming area, greater accessibility, a more compact design, and an easy clean system. These latest changes have resulted in an exponential increase in cooking quality and quantity, as well as in the overall performance of the oven.
The Josper Charcoal Oven HJA-25 is Josper's small size oven, recommended for serving around 80 diners. It has a fire-up time of about 30 minutes and a daily charcoal consumption of 10 to 12 kg. The oven offers a performance per load of 9 hours, with a production capacity of 60 kg per hour on average and a grilling temperature range of 250 to 350 ºC.
