For optimal results, it is recommended that onions are topped and tailed before peeling and hand-finished afterwards.

This easy-to-operate unit comes with an integral stand and a removable filter basket. It is equipped with an interlocking lid and door for user safety. The MF15 Onion Peeler (3PH) includes a perspex viewing pane to monitor progress and an adjustable timer for accurate, repeatable peeling times.

The MF15 Onion Peeler (3PH) features modular construction with smooth stainless steel waste pipes and water inlets to flush through onion peelings and prevent blockages. This design allows for simple installation and maintenance, while its latched lid ensures a water-tight seal.
