For best results, we recommend onions are topped and tailed before peeling and hand-finished afterward.
Easy to operate, the unit comes with an integral stand and a removable filter basket. It features an interlocking lid and door for user safety. The MF10 Onion (3PH) is equipped with a perspex viewing pane to monitor progress and an adjustable timer for accurate, repeatable peeling times.
The MF10 Onion (3PH)’s modular construction includes smooth stainless steel waste pipes and water inlets to flush through onion peelings and prevent blockages. It allows for simple installation and maintenance, while its latched lid ensures a water-tight seal.
