The Hobart Ecomax H604SW-12B Hood / Passthrough Dishwasher, formerly known as H602S, is a strong performer designed for ergonomic and efficient use in any demanding commercial kitchen environment. Featuring a 500mm rack, it is capable of washing up to 48 racks per hour, resulting in an output of over 850 plates per hour, with 18 plates per rack. With two wash cycles of 75 or 150 seconds and a low loading height, this large capacity dishwasher is ideal for high output, especially for larger or oddly shaped dishes.
The unique four-sided fully enclosed hood is designed to retain steam and reduce heat loss. It is suitable for straight-through or corner operation; please note that tabling is available separately. This model is also available without an integrated softener as the H604W-12B.
