The Giorik Kore KM0623W medium-use, 5-rack 2/3 GN electric combination oven is ideal for smaller operators who desire a compact-sized combination oven with all the attributes of larger heavy-duty ovens. It is designed for ease of use with its ergonomic programmable touchscreen control and is easy to clean with the integrated automatic washing system. The oven operates on a 26 amp 230v electrical supply, making it suitable for installation in most kitchens.
