The Top range of ice cream serve overs has long been a favorite cabinet in the ice cream world. It offers a 6 or 7 x 5-liter Napoli pan option. A light at the rear of the display helps illuminate the ice cream. The display is accessed from the rear with a flip-up lid for hygiene and to help preserve the temperature when not in service. There is also separate refrigerated understorage accessed through a door at the rear of the cabinet. The Top range is supplied on castors.
