The Firex PRIG320M V1 Basket Major Line Gas Indirect Heat Tilting Kettles with an inbuilt stirrer are ideal for cooking stews, sauces, and stocks. As the kettle is heated by a water jacket, no heat source is in direct contact with the kettle. This design prevents any possibility of the product being burnt during cooking. The labor-saving, programmable inbuilt stirrer can rotate in both directions, ensuring an even product mix. All kettles are equipped with motorized tilting, allowing for quick and safe emptying.
