The Firex PRIG250M V1 Basket Major Line Gas Indirect Heat Tilting Kettles with an inbuilt stirrer are ideal for cooking stews, sauces, and stocks. As the kettle is heated by a water jacket, no heat source is in direct contact with the kettle, preventing any possibility of the product being burnt while cooking. The labor-saving programmable inbuilt stirrer can rotate in both directions, providing an even product mix. All kettles are equipped with motorized tilting, allowing for quick and safe emptying.
