The Firex PRIG180M V1 Basket Major Line Gas Indirect Heat Tilting Kettles with an inbuilt stirrer are ideal for cooking stews, sauces, stocks, and more. As the kettle is heated by a water jacket, no heat source is in direct contact with the kettle. This design prevents any possibility of the product being burnt during cooking. The labor-saving, programmable inbuilt stirrer can rotate in both directions, ensuring an even product mix. All kettles are equipped with motorized tilting, allowing for quick and safe emptying.
