The product features inner and outer construction made of stainless steel AISI 304, with thermal insulation provided by ceramic fiber. It includes a control panel equipped with a stainless steel filter to prevent components from getting dirty, and a ventilated panel. The stainless steel feet offer stability and support. The cooking chamber is fully welded and completely sealed, with rounded corners and angles to avoid any bumps. A sealing gasket is fixed on the front of the cooking chamber. The double-drawn bottom design effectively separates condensation from grease, directing them towards the drain. A standard steam condenser is included to reduce the temperature of the condensate at the drain and limit steam release when the door is opened. The platinum door structure is easily removable, as are the heat diffusers. The product also features a large motorized door, accommodating all types of cooking.
