The Diamond E60/F20-6T Counter-Top Double Electric Fryer features a stamped basin made from stainless steel (AISI 304). Its rounded corners are designed for simple and hygienic maintenance and are equipped with a cold zone. This electric fryer comes with a chromed sieve grid made of steel wire, which retains impurities to extend the quality and lifespan of the deep-frying oil. Additionally, the electric heating is provided by an armoured (protected) resistance that is immersed in the tub, with tumbling resistances to simplify the cleaning of the tub.
