Using the latest technology, a cylindrical evaporator produces small trapezoidal ice cubes in the form of compact and long-lasting nuggets or 'pebbles'. This undercounter model features low consumption, using only 1 litre of water per 1 kg of ice. It operates with electromechanical functioning and includes an air cooling system. The design incorporates an insulated retractable door, an ON-OFF switch, and a dust-proof water basin. The unit is easy to clean, thanks to its rounded surfaces, and includes an external protective filter that is simple to remove and clean.

The evaporator is constructed using catering-grade stainless steel, ensuring both strength and hygiene. The ice bin is made from antibacterial, non-toxic plastic, and all materials comply with FDA regulations. Additionally, the unit is IPX3 rated to protect against any liquid ingress.
